AutoIntel provides vehicle data lookup and intelligence services using publicly available data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) vPic API and other sources. The Platform decodes Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and presents vehicle specifications, safety data, and related information.

You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only
You will not attempt to scrape, overload, or disrupt the service
You will not use the data for discriminatory or illegal purposes
Automated access is prohibited without prior written consent

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Vehicle data is sourced from third-party databases including the NHTSA. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Data should not be the sole basis for purchasing, safety, or legal decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and technology comprising the Platform are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AutoIntel name and brand are trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or any reason at our sole discretion.
